I did notice in the vids that it had really weak character models. However the atmosphere looks awesome.

that's what made GTA4 feel blocky and slow, it's a good thing at the same time as being a bad.

i got my Limited edition copy today. it is awesome, i just played through the first episode, its really intriguing. the graphics are awesome, sub HD? i cant tell, the atmosphere and the setting is wonderfull. instant-lovests106mat

I actually hated GTA 4, but that doesn't mean I don't want to play AW. And I never thought anything of TP as I never bought it. I don't rate games I don't buy/play.

I also never knew so many people liked clunky controls. For all those claiming how it's awesome, you should probably check out deadly premonition. You guys would fall in love with it. It's clunkier than GTA and plays just like it as well.

yeah from review, it just looks like ordinary TPS with dark environment and story. I actually think 8.5 for this game is a little bit too high, I guess it definately has good story,

Nobody here genuinely thinks GTA is perfect, but to hate a game says a lot, especially sinse it's better than a lot of the crap thats out these days.

To me, GTA4 is comfortably one of the very best games this generation. Sheer depth of characters and style pull it through.

I didn't enjoy the dozens+ of times I've played it, enough to where I didn't ever want to buy it for myself. It isn't my type of game. Rest assured, I'm not trolling. You won't see me reviewing or rating GTA. Call it what you will, I just don't like the game.

I really don't see the comparison (alan wake/GTA) and I REALLY want to play AW.
