Alienware PC or X360 and PS3?

hey guys ive encountered a hard decision and it either is get an alienware pc for 100$ a month cuz my ones crap or a PS3 360 and maybe a PSP too i already have a wii and i am a PC gamer but i think 100$ a month will be too hard for my budget and i dont know if i could hsandle it im paying of alot of things right now but then ealier today i was on dell.com lookin for games and i saw that you could buy consoles there and it made me think i would be getting a alienware PC but it would be very hard for me to handle the money or a PS3 with armored core4 resistance and a X360 with gears rainbow 6 vegas and GRAW 2 with 3 months subcription package and maybe a PSP if i feel like it the computer comes to 3000$ 100$ a month or the consoles for around 1000$ for 40$ a month wich i will be able to handle the money easily so the quesion is which should i go with?

Please, for the love of GOD, don't EVER get an Alienware! Those things are as overpirced and overrated as the iPod.Verge_6

Over 500,000,000,000 online matches, best balance, dual wielding, alien vs human, skin changing, realistic weapons, jeeps, best fps for multiplayer and it has a script written by Hollywood.

If Alienware is your only option, you might as well get a 360 and a PS3. Alien makes a quality machine, but they ask way too much money for what they give you.

If you really want a good gaming PC, the fellas in the PC hardware forum will help you build one for a fraction of the cost of any similar pre-built computer.

You could just buy some PC parts from a site like newegg.com and get BestBuy to build it for you,but youll have to pay $700+(most likely)on the spot instead of paying it monthly,unless you use something like BillMeLater which gives your some extra months or something.Since your a PC gamer,you might want to go with the PC.Otherwise,you can just get a 360 since it has the better library of the 3 consoles,IMO.

A script written by Hollywood isn't really a selling point. Most Hollywood films seem to be written by a process of picking clichés out of a hat and throwing a multi-million dollar budget at them.

Ok lets go through your amazing gameplay advances:

500 billion matches? what the hell does that mean :s, pluck meaninglessfigures out of the air much?

best balance? so bungie have made a balanced multiplayer game...big whoop, nothing new in the fps genre

dual wielding: wasnt that in halo 2?

alien vs human: nothing remotely new in the fps genre, done countless times

skin changing: hardly gameplay enhancing is it, just an extra

jeeps: wasnt that in halo 2 aswell?

realistic weapons: i doubt that seen as its set in a sci fi world

script written by hollywood: so it continues the story...as i said

i give a halo 3 a whole hearted :|, if this is the case.

Alienware's cost about twice as much as you can build the same system for. Look into building your own online it's pretty damned simple.

Probably best to just buy the 2 consoles if you don't have any technical aptitude.... but personally I would build a gaming PC before any console, especially with Crysis just around the corner.

And Armored Core 4 sucks.... unless you're into that kind of thing I guess.

If you don't build your own computer you are not a PC gamer.

Alienware PC = overpriced pos. Build your own pc but if you had to choose between a gaming pc and 2 great consoles i would get the consoles that way you play all the lates and greates games coming out. Im not saying a gaming pc is not worth it but come on 2 consoles vs a pc isn't it obvious which is better to get.

Don't buy an Alienware PC, they're insanely overpriced. The markup on those things is despicable.

Either build your own (or pick the parts or get one custom built) or buy the consoles. But NO ALIENWARE.

Unless you're an oil tycoon and don't mind giving money away.

Credit Cards are bad news. Stay away from them. If you can't afford to buy a consumer item (other than a house or car), you shouldn't be buying it. Look into the facts and figures of how Americans are into credit card debt.Charging thingsis very, very dangerous.
