my friend been telling me not to get a 360 because he said its literally crap..he gone through two of it already..and he said you just need a decent pc to play the games ..iim thinking about it since i need a new pc anyways..what you guys think ?

its all a matter of opinion. if you like gaming on a pc...get a pc...if you like gaming on a console...get a console. the 360 hardware is junk. im on #4 since launch. but its fun non the less....I wont buy into MS next gen.

There's more games than that: Viva Pinata, Viva Pinata: Trouble in Paradise, Kameo, Crackdown, Saints Row, Hour of Victory(which is awful), Fuzion Frenzy 2(again, awful), lots of JRPs and so much more, people are too lazy to research them.

In order to have an experience equal to that of the 360 on PC you would need at least a 700-1000 dollar PC. (unless you build your own of course)As apposed to a 200-300 dollar 360.
But of course i forgot that Cows get Alienware Gaming PCs free of charge with the purchase of a PS3
PC's are better, they have alot more exclusives, multiplats, best graphics, mods, free online, cheaper games, ability to use different gamepads, and keyboard/mouse is the best for shooters.

Fable 2, Lost Odyssey, Star Ocean 4, Rare games, Gears 2, Halo games etc are not on PC So, just get a 360, and BTW this is not your friend, he is lying to you, find some real friends

Don't forget Tales of vesperia. Not to mention the price of a 360 vs PC is also a "little" diferrent.
Dead Rising, Forza 2, Kameo, Skate and Condmened 2 made my purchase of a 360 worth it. There are some exclusives on the 360 that aren't available on the PC... which you would miss out on if you don't get a 360 as well as a PC.
Plus, I wouldn't have been able to play Mass Effect had I not got a 360... since my PC wouldn't have been able to run the game (it fell well under the system requirements so I couldn't even try).
