All the active posters on this forum are insecure.

About whichever console they bought, and are trying to justify their mis-purchase. Is it that hard to realize that each console has its ups and downs?

I have named the destroyers of nations: comfort, plenty, and security - out of which grow a bored and slothful cynicism, in which rebellion against the world as it is, and myself as I am, are submerged in listless self-satisfaction.

It's most likely Cows that are insecure about the PS3. Otherwise, they wouldn't be bragging again & again about how great their system is by playing the exclusives card, & how it's better than the 360, & such. If the PS3 is really spectacular as they claimed, then why is it that most of consumers bought the PS3 as a Blu-Ray player? Why are most 1st/2nd/3rd party games selling better on 360 than PS3? Why aren't they actually playing it?

Competition is the most human thing their is. You would most likely root for the Browns if you lived in Cleveland, yet if you were born in Cincinnati ocho cinco would be like your brother. Insecurity no, the human need for competition and comradery yes. I believe you are arogant for making this thread as if you feel you will change the lives of adolescant fanboys. Did you think the rabid fanboys would be bathed in the light of your magnificent knowledge. I come to SW and read politics on CNN for the same reason: they're both ridiculous.

It's the truth, though. Seriously, it gets annoying how they keep talking about the PS3 being the best everysingle day (I mean, shut up about it & just play the damn console!). I just thought that I'd point it out.

Isn't that the point of this board? Praise the platform(s) you own and bash the others? What if everyone just "shut up and played their damn console"? Then this board would cease to exist

Umm take a break then? I mean there's not much really to talk about on here at this point. '09 is pretty much over, all the major games have been released, the GOTY awards and everything have been given, etc. At this point, we're all just passing time until '10 gets rolling so we will have more stuff to brag/bash about. Yeah, the fanboy threads might get irritating, but they're better than graphic comparisons and sales threads
