Alpha Protocol hitting NA this June - Man Alone trailer added.. sweet.:)

Boy here is a game I have had zero thoughts about in a long time as it slipped of my radar. I haven't been following much since then but back some time ago I was pretty pumped about this sorta Mass Effect'ish RPG. :D

What are your thoughts theses days on the game; for those who have been following closely all this time ?

Good to know the game is finally shipping June 1st in N.A.

And just generally, who's buying and for what system ?

It appears as if Alpha Protocol will indeed hit this century. The publisher and studio tandem, SEGA and Obsidian, have confirmed to IGNthat the title will drop this summer on June 1st after several publicized delays and one notorious ninja pull that left more than a few GameStopshoppers staring blindly at a clerk with empty hands.

Barring another delay, Europeans and Australians will be able to pick up the title several days before North Americans: May 28th and May 27th respectively. Neat, right?

After watching that trailer, I'm back to being hyped about this game. :D

The new trailer has got me all hyped up once again. Please, for the love of god, do not delay this game again.

Smart idea moving it back really. Extra dev time, plus it misses a lot of the larger releases. Smart move ...

I'll probably get it for Xbox first, then PC later down the road.

Game looks fantastic to me. I can't wait for it. Had it pre ordered for ages.

I think this could be the best game delay in recent years. Hoping the developers truly did make the delay to make the game an epic game. I was bummed at first but it the long delay was for good reason and works out then it's all good. Can't wait.

Yay! Finally, a release date. Awesome trailer too. I just hope they don't delay it at the last moment again

Looks awesome. Graphics don't look as good as they did this time around last year, but if the game is more polished and less buggy, sign me up :)the_ChEeSe_mAn2

I'm pulling for Obsidian and with the delays giving em extra time, this could be one of the biggest sleeper WRPG's ever.. Fingers crossed. :P

Those pictures don't do the game justice. It looked much better on the video and I can say I'm mildly interested in it from the trailer. I also never realize just how much of a Poor man's Bioware, Obsidian really was. It seems like every game that Bioware built and made awesome, Obsidian was then brought in to copy for cheaper. Bioware made KOTOR. Obsidian made KOTOR 2. Bioware made NWN. Obsidian made NWN 2. Bioware made Mass Effect 1/2. Obsidian made Alpha Protocol.mythrol
