i find myself not wanting to play halo 3's multiplayer anymore. so much of my time was spent hammering away at the last outing, that i think i lost some love for the competitive aspect in this transition. ah, it might change, but for now i'm feel like i'm done. :?

anybody else experiencing this?

I got sick of multiplayer a few times, but I always waited for a time, then whenever there was a Halo party at one of my friend's houses, played, and had some damn good times. Just wait a bit, and it'll come back.

I get bored with it when I play a few boring matches in levels and modes I dont like. Then ill go back and get All Hammers or ALL swords and it makes me realize how good the game is. I just wish i could choose what kind of mode I want ya kno?

Yes. I get frustrated easily and the ranking in lone wolves moves you up too fast. I always get matched up with people that have 4 times the experience I do.

I think the best thing to do with Halo 3 is to avoid Team Slayer as much as possible. Bungie as well as the Halo community have created some really great MP gametypes and maps, experimenting is good.

I play frequently, but lately I've taken a break to focus on Metroid Prime 3.

I agree with this.

I end up having more fun on Forge then in Team Slayer. :P
