The lack of innovation has bored me and the graphics look ugly to me now.

I'm ready for the next gen.. Hopefully next gen, we'll start to see leaps...

nah this gen is pretty awesome bioshock RFOM online getting bigger..games are fighting with the entertiment juggernauts aka movies

No not really. Alot of these games are still a ton of fun, it wasnt like there were many games last gen being innovative as much as they were just fun.

This gen is alright, but I long for the fun I had when I was a child playing the NES, Genesis and SNES. No game lately has even come close to the entertainment and memories those three systems have...

I'm getting sick of the graphics too. Everything is muddy and lacks anti-aliasing. Games seem to just be using the latest engine rather than their own destinct one.

although nintendo's pricing is fine, they could go alot lower with both Wii and DS at this point.

Definitely. Just about every game uses it or is based off it.

Perhaps im growing outta gaming or something but this gen definetly blows imo. Mostly playing Cs and COD4 (which plays exactly like the first one but with perks and xp)

I don't care about analyzing games, I just wanna have fun. And this gen is definitely my favourite so far probably, mainly because of the huge emphasis on online gaming. :)

I love this gen, Online gaming for the most part and all the great RPG's coming out ( both WRPGS and JRPGS). The only thing I hate EA is still tyring to take over the world lol and I'm sick of everybody using the unreal engine for some reason.

Last generation had Morrowind which most elderscroll players consider to be better and felt way more epic to me than Oblivion.

No, you're not the only one. This generation sucks a considerable bit so far. The graphics upgrades are underwhelming, as they're last gen PC quality (or worse), and the variety and innovation is lacking. So far, there have been some decent shooters: nothing more.
