i dont get all the hate it gets, i like the game alot and the music is incredible. I dont get how anybody can dislike the soundtrack. Why was this game so disliked in the gaming community?

No I'm pretty sure there's other stupid people on here too.

This is part of the reason, the Bethesda fan that thinks RPGs should just be a big map consisting of nothing but pointless fetch quests with bad gameplay and horrible glitches that render the game unplayable.

Try again plz.
My problems
1 Game felt like too linear to the point where it was point A to point B with zero room for exploration.
2 Characters besides Sazh were not really good
3 Snow and Serah's scenes were awful with the corny music.
4 The 20 hours "it opens up" thing was not really that great.
5 Just dull.
I thought it was a great game. Not something Id play over and over like the other games but a solid, yet underwhelming entry in the series.
I wont be touching 2 or 3 though. XIII was enough.

so im stupid for liking the game?
My response was pretty straightforward, don't see how you can construe anything other than that.
na its not even that your post holds no weight because you didnt give a reason why, and not everybody take insults lightly if you cant debate then dont bother posting dude.
i.e so basically whatever you like must be stupid too since you know, opinions= fact now

Mario1331
It's a linear cheese fest with sh*tty and cliche characters and dumbed down (if any) RPG mechanics with absolutely no replayability and a fanbase that has the IQ of said agme's installment number.

It's an Obsidian game and it's far superior to any Bethesda game this gen.

Ahahahahha. Nope.[QUOTE="metal_zombie"]The game is not up to the standards set by previous entries thats why its so hatedEponique
Nope, FF13 was the first FF I played and I hated it. Waste of time.
The game is not unplayable it just not very fun it catches. More heat than it deservesYour not.. i also loved it and especially FFXIII-2.. its my personal GOTY so far
i hope we get to see a FFXIII-3
Easy, beacuse is not FF7.
Personally, i liked it, is far from the best JRPG this gen or the best FF, but it was a great game.
It sucks. It the same thing over and over and over. You're literally walking forward for 50 hours. Graphics are beautiful (PS3 version) music is great. Gameplay is trash. Complete trash.

fair enough, if thats how you feel but you shouldnt judge the fanbase like they're all the same. i just like the game i never said i was obsessed with it.
SW has an abundant amout of users with a superiority complex

The game is not unplayable it just not very fun it catches. More heat than it deservesThe game is unplayable if you're used to more than just mashing the A/X button, and if not that then at least a half-decent story or loveable characters.
The game has almost no redeeming qualities. It gets the hate it deserves.
It's ok, in the middle of FF's as far as the quality of the series goes. I thought it had the best combat as far as cliche JRPG's go but Xenoblade surpassed it. And that was the best part of the game.
Story? Characters? HA
20 hour tutorial? FUN!
Oh and it had nice music too.

Ahahahaha FF fan's stupidity can't possibly go any lower.
New Vegas does blow hella hard though. If I had to choose between 2 trash RPG's I'd pick FF13.

I dont understand what you are trying to prove by pretending like Bethesda didnt publish Fallout.

If you even used the directional pad then that is a huge improvement from FF13.

Your original statement:

Herpderpderrrrrr
Bethesda published New Vegas. They had no hand in its design, gameplay, and scope, other than maybe one or two things like "Don't trun this game into a sH*tty rpg like Final Fantasy" ect. ect.
If you used your brain a little, you's figure that o- oh wait, you're a FF fan. You have no brain.
I agree with the gameplay being trash. Fanboys of the game always try pass it off as great lol. Maybe it looks cool, but it's shallow as **** I mashed X more in FF13 than GOW3.It sucks.
