Am I the only one that thinks crysis doesnt look that good?

I dont see anything special about crysis's graphics. Screenshots look generic to me. Theres plenty of games on 360 that I think looks better. Anyone else think crysis's graphics dont look as good as its told?

Im with you TC. Its not the end all be all console game graphically as the devs hyped it out to be. And gameplay wise, I just feel like "meh". It just doesnt do enough to feel fresh. It seems like a solid shooter, but im too broke to be buying "solid shooters"...it needs a lil extra sumthing :PII_Seraphim_II

I think it looks good with mods... because stock crysis isn't that great imo

Great gameplay, but the story was lacking in places. Overall a good game.

Well, it is another shooter. You can expect it to be all that exciting.

The graphics are only the 3rd best thing in Crysis....

The sound quality and gameplay is the two best things about Crysis.

I had heard all this hoopla about Crysis graphics, and when I finally installed the game and gave it a go on high settings..... after an hour of being blown away bu the game, I noticed the graphics.... the gameplay and sound realy are amazing in Crysis, not just its beautiful graphics.

I think the game looks really good.

I don't like the art design for the game though.

How are you going to judge a game off screen shots? People need to learn that consoles have 512mb of ram, that is nothing, not to mention the old *** outdated graphics cards. Do yourself a favor and stop trying to bash PC games graphics console do not even begin to compare, especiallye crysis in a graphics thread. Crysis is the only game I have called my GF in to the room just to look at the game because it looked so great. Bait thread?

Without mods crysis's graphics really dont impress me at all anymore! Certainly not head and shoulders above the top console games! Even with mods its really not thatttt good overall with things like really low resolution rock textures really standing out!
