Am I The Only One That Thinks This About Diablo 3?

I am disappointed overall with what I saw so far. I played the beta, was not impressed. And I tried the guest pass, also was not impressed. I just don't see what entertainment value that I am purchasing for $60. My faith in Blizzard was shaken as I was expecting more from the premiere PC developer. I am hoping that Heart of the Swarm will be good because at least Blizzard's Starcraft 2 team has shown it can remain true to the original game.the_ChEeSe_mAn2

I agree, there's nothing special about this game...(it's been done before) But I can't say that the game is not fun.

Its like most Blizzard games, Atristicaly its got a very nice style technically its very average at best. Even by 5 year old console standards the game does look very average technically but its the art style that carries it.

It looks decent and is well optimised. What's the problem?

I don't think it looks dated. Consider how much is going on onscreen at any given moment too.

it looks dated. it looks like an old game. At this point, with all the amazing gaming experiences I've had this gen, I'm passed this type of game (mindless looting, dungeon-crawling hack n slash bollocks). I just don't understand the appeal of playing 12-year old rehashed gameplay with ugly graphics on my super rig. why does this excite people?

IMO blizzard is just as guilty as nintendo in taking advantage of people's nostalgia

I think diablo was great it has its flaws such as it less dark and had less guide for beginner which was consfusing at first for me...

It does not look dated.

I won't buy D3 due to the DRM. And I laugh at all those PC gamers who boycotted Ubisoft, yet ignore Blizzards DRM using excuses like "Diablo has always been an online game" or "It will help to stop hackers" or any of the other bad excuses.
