Off the top of my head I would say CV:Symphony of the Night. I guess it's normal you are a bit overpowered seeing as you are Dracula's son. Probably my favorite game ever, but I remember wishing it was more difficult, and actually chosing certain items to purposefully make the game harder.
For me, it's important a game be challenging. But, it's a delicate balance not many games are able to achieve....to make it frustratingly hard is no fun at all. You need the game to have exceptional gameplay, so that you are forced to customize your character, use creativity, and every trick in the book to not only finish the game, but get all those awesome hard-to-reach items, etc. Case in point: Dark Souls 1......what an incredible experience...have not played DS2 yet, hoping they will come out with a next gen version....not sure I can stomach past gen graphics for 50+ hours, I still have Lords of Shadow 2 to go through....dillemas dillemas.....:)
