its far from the end.... but it is the begining of a fundamental change,

the way i see it, the ps3 and the 360 will still have those hardcore games like COD, halo and what not, but will also expand its audience to attract wii type gamers too

Oh god... good games will stop being made because motion controls will be on the platform!

As soon as Natal/PS# Wand release, every top quality developer will suddenly go out of business or make casual games!

Yeah but this is in addition to more and more casual games. People complain the Wii has all shovelware but there are good hardcore games on the system too.

Analyst thought that the PS3 was going to dominate the generation too. I doubt that casual gaming would dominate on the bandwagon consoles.

Ughh have these guys actually looked at next year's line up?

yea its like saying need for speed or burnout are casual w/o looking at mario kart

No. If anything, casuals should fear 2010's lineup. Even one exclusive from each of the 4 systems says otherwise.

I doubt it. I'm sure we'll see more casual games, but I think the majority of awesome games coming in 2010 will outweigh them all.
