When will you people understand? many people downloaded this thing and its legal because for example if i took my HDD to my cousins console who got into the NXE beta , i'll have the update too! so yeah the people at gametrailers have confirmed that its a legal download ... the only downside is that you won't connect to live untill the 19th so happy gaming offline.:P

even if its on a torrent site? surely you (the subscriber needs permission to enter a beta and by u doing it like that you are not getting permission The service itself i believe will be really slow like it is now so all the videos you see now it wont be as fluid

I Didn't download it because i want to be able to play gears 2 online more and many other games online:) i mean hey i could wait....but i heard people said that the only thing that's missing is the avatars.

Hmm im not sure but someone posted a topic on the xbox360 forums and gave a direct downloadble link which was from gametrailer.
i heard MS is banning consoles that use leaked NXE....but whocares NXE is gonna suck, people who download it will be pissed lolmingo123
This is very old, and no, MS is not banning people. Anyone and everyone is free to downlaod the update to use it, a MS rep said so even, however it doesnt allow you to use LIVE until Nov 19th... so install it only if you have no intention on playing online or downloading demos or anything like that.
