Yeah that's the one achilles heel for PC Gamers, their gaming library has the least amount of diversity in terms of gaming genres. Consoles thrive in that area.

Yes I would love to pay $800 to upgrade my PC to only receive a marginal difference in quality compared to the PS3 which is cheaper. And I also have a good video card and PC is still crap.

Actually no, the PC lacks in fighters and platformers and who really gives about them two genres? Were as consoles lack adventure games (not Zelda, games like Sam and Max and Grim Fandango). Sims, strategy, decent solid FPS libary (other than Halo what has consoles got?) and im sure im forgetting something...
Also note the PC has all the innovation with cross genre games to and fro.

Most Hermits can't even afford to upgrade their computer to run Crysis. You serious? I for one am going with Quad Core, 2-3GBs of Ram and an 9800 or 8900 card in December of this year. We can afford it, unlike some cows who can only afford one platform, but in this case it was a bad buy since that platforms sucks (yes everybody, PS3 does not compare in terms of game library to the X360/PC, i mean why pay $200 for less games, and worse gfx? lol mind bogling) Using this guys logic is fun, and he lacks ay logic so nvm heh, seriously man Killzone sucked, get over it.
