There are quite a few games that I can see having a shot at hitting 9.5. The question is whether they will or not.
I honestly didn't expect Gears 3 to hit 9.5 I was thinking 9 at the highest with a good chance of an 8.5. But hey, it surpassed my expectations score-wise.
uncharted 3, skyrim, batman AA, fifa 12 all could get 9.5, all will surely get AAA fifa 12 in particular could get crowned GSGOAT(greatest sports game of all time).

Fifa 12 demo was underwhelming, mlb the show is the best sports game i played along with ken griffey jr 3d baseball for n64
They also gave GeOW 2 a 9.0 and i had to force myself to finish that as it was so tedious and boring (really enjoyed GeOW though) so I'll reserve judgement till I've managed to pick it up for cheap somewhere in about a years time.
Wow. Gears 3 is awesome, it really deserves the score. It improves over it's succesors so much and very well. Uncharted just doesn't have the gameplay to match Gears, or the fun online
If Gears of War 3 can score a 9.5, Uncharted 3 should theoretically score an 11.

I serioulsy doubt this from all their games all the way back to PSone and ps2 Naughty dog are in consistant. Gears of war from the first game has alwasys been AAA and epic a pretty much have FPS/TFPS on lock since their unreal tournament days.
Forza, Skyrim and BF3 I have a feeling could all get 9.5/10

BF3 9.0 MW3 9.5 Believe it! You think MW3 is getting a 9.5? LOL Actually, I don't a Call of Duty has ever scored that high on gamespot. 9 is the highest.

TO me uncharted already beats it in gameplay and online. Gears 3 story didint have to try to hard to be better then 1&2 since it was already crap. So that was an easy victory for them in the story department.

Yes becuase Uncharted 3 is so much different than Uncharted 2! :| Lets just wait until it comes out. Then we can judge :? This is SW though, we thoroughly judge everything before it comes out!

Yeah UC2 MP was a graveyard after a few months. It was so dead infact that ND changed the population from players online to unique players over 24 hours. UC3 MP was a massive step back (well for someone like me who was good at UC2 and dislikes CoD) It looks a lot like Uncharted 2.5, I'd be shocked if it gets higher than 8.5.
