I think we all know about the coming and going arguments about issues of the Xbox 360.

Here we have another example.
In summary, a gamer "packed up his second broken Xbox [360]" and sent it to Australian Xbox boss David Mclean, also saying "that he will never deal with Microsoft again." Not because of hardware failure: but because of "'shocking' service that [he] received when he attempted to get his first Xbox 360 fixed."
