Angry Hermit Using PS3 to get back at Microsoft

Hi I am a hermit, I rarely buy consoles but I did recently. I'll tell you why I choose a PS3 (besides having a blu-ray player, better graphics, wi-fi, ect).

Microsoft of late has been taking away multiplats that were originally for the PC/xbox and making them 360 exclusives. Not only that, some of the games were originally first developed on the PC and then "watered down" for consoles-are now being developed at the same time (multiplats)therefore not using the PC to its full capabilities meaning PC gamers get laughable console graphics. What a pity.

Now Sony is not known for stealing or degradingPC games like microsoft is. This is the reason I bought a PS3. I would like to see sony release games -be it even a year later from the ps3 release on the PC just to really stick it to microsoft.

I would like google to make an OS that rivals the bloated Microsoft OS'es out there, the only thing stopping me from getting microsoft off my hard drive would be direct x which almost all popular games are using today. If google could somehow promote the use of openGL or get a licence from Microsoft (doubtful) I would dump Windows ina heart beat.

I appreciate you guys reading this. I will now go back into my hermit shell.

How many games has this really happened to other than Alan Wake? I honestly don't know.

I feel your pain however the pc still has tons of exclusives more than the ps3 and 360 combined.

even some of the studios they COMPLETELY OWNED produced 360/PC games. FASA Interactive with Shadow Run.

Heavy Rain, like Indigo Prophecy could've been on PC too.

Mass Effect 2 was one of the better looking games to come out on pc in the past year and it looked about the same as the 360 version. Dont blame the 360 blame the devs and the general public that fail to upgrade.

You're right. Sony has never done much to agitate us sensitive and delicate PC gaming crowd other than Star Wars Galaxies.
