The description of this video actually says it best: "After about 17 different Edits & Renders we finally got this video up without Nintendo stepping in. FEELS GOOD. Maybe because they know they are selling a shitty demo for $50?"

It seems clear he is very bias over the fact Nintendo denied him skimming thousands of dollars.

He should be, Nintendo is a crime organization when it comes to YouTube policies. They deserve to be trashed and outed for their bullshit.

Not a fan of his videos where all he does is show his recorded Twitch stream. He should have done a proper review where he is crapping all over this overpriced POS. 1-2 Switch is the worst game we've had since the Wii days. Only with Nintendo will you see this kind of abominations being sold for this high of a price tag.

I know, i watched the thing when he released it. But he could have done a much better job explaining how shitty the game is. In his video, all we're seeing is him and OJ waggling their arms to a mediocre game. He doesn't go into detail (without showing gameplay if needs be) saying why its so shit.

While I agree Nintendo, like any other company are a soulless husk willing to ride people for everything they are worth, with Angry Joe it's really difficult to muster up sympathy. I've seen him almost cry on camera twice over lost youtube revenue, he sort of comes across as money hungry himself. I find it very distasteful.

because he puts a lot of work into his reviews. I don't remember the exact number but im sure he said over 40 hrs goes into creating his lengthy reviews.

Pass. No one needs him to tell us this game is meh.

I think everyone is just waiting for Joe to review the proper Nintendo game, Breath of the Wild but it's going to be interesting if he can pull it off by not getting a strike.

Nobody needs Joe to tell them BOTW is a masterpiece.

He should go back to PC games where he belongs.

It's meh. Snipper Clips is the real second game to get and costs much less.

This really is a travesty. They should absolutely have bundled this in, for free, and NOT increased the price of the system. Or better yet, just make a Switch Sports. I still play Wii Sports to this day - that's simple, unadulterated fun. Every motion control oriented system should have one.

When you factor in that Nintendo has made better party titles. Wii Sports and Wii Sports Resort, and the really fun Wario Ware series too; 1,2 Switch is a tough purchase.

And yet bundling it in would have increased the price of the system. Developing that game wasn't free they have to recoup the cost even for tech demos like 1-2 switch and wii sports and nintendo land.

Always best not to force a purchase on people especially when all we want is zelda on day one. Wii Sports is why the Wii was 250 and not just 200. 350 for Nintendo Land. Nobody wanted the switch to be 350.

It's probably best they didn't pack a game in them. The Switch is expensive enough.

However, I feel they could have developed a more compelling game to showcase the system's control features.

I have 1-2 switch. 8 of the 28 games are fun and they all involve looking at the screen. Looking at eachother doesn't work or waiting to hear a sound doesn't work. Perhaps throwing those 8 into the game as a tech demo would have been enough and cost less so the price could remain 300. Sorry nintendo, you need something on the screen as a guide, and looking people in the eye is just awkward and stupid.

That would have been great. I think 1-2 switch will live in infamy. People will always ask "did nintendo really develop that?"

On the positive side...the HD rumble effects are very cool. The marbles rolling around is a real mind ****.

Only if they want to sell it for a profit. This is a demo of Joycon capabilities. Nintendo could easily have footed the bill to bundle this, at a loss, with the Switch. It would increase the value of the system, the devs would still get paid (I can't stress that enough), and Nintendo would likely STILL make a profit on the system. I have friends who develop games, and am an avid advocate of their work being worth money (I hate the "indies aren't worth my money" shit) - but I'm not talking about the devs not getting paid here. As a consumer, this would add (modest) value to the Switch as a bundled mess-around-with-it-for-an-afternoon demo, while having zero value to me as a standalone item.

I just saw someone playing Snipper Clips and it actually looks good if its cheap, looks better than 1 2 switch... they should have just packed in 1 2 switch and pushed snipper a little more

sales dont equate to quality. There are niche quality games (Persona) and games people get that suck (NMS). Also it gets a bump from being a launch title

For sure. I played Snipper Clips with my gf (who does not play video games) and we beat the whole game together after a weekend of playing non stop. It's a real gem and Nintendo needs to put that out there more.

But that quality is through the Switch, and if the hardware is holding it back, it's so negligible that the game can be an almost perfect score.
