I think cows just use it because lemmings tend to forget that they use that excuse for Halo3. its a mad circle....

I personally don't think anyone should bash any game graphically and so forth while still in production. Wait until the final product is out before claiming ownage or whatever.

how about the fact that Uncharted isnt even coming out til sum time in 2008? I highly doubt that they have finished making the game and its just sitting on their desks because they want to "strategically" launch it in 2008...

I think people are missing the point here, I'm not saying Uncharted has terrible graphics, I'm saying the graphics don't look anything like the original trailer.

I would wait before talking about downgrade, not to say some screenshots can be pretty ugly. Heck there is even a GeOW screenshot that looks pretty ugly with all the jaggies and so on.

So how do you know Halo 3 won't look "somewhat better but not much"? :| The released screenshots on the GS gamepage aren't from the "concept" documentary video, and they have a long ways to go before reaching the quality of the original E3 trailer.

Dont bother arguing the point. Infact, I dont even blame fanboys...I think that logic truly is elusive to them... They can diss Uncharted and with the same breath say that Halo 3 is all pre-alpha. Its like their brains dont notice what they are saying is utter hypocrisy... According to fanboys, Halo which is coming out this fall has more time for improvements than Uncharted which is coming out sumtime in 2008.... :roll:

lol. Plus, how many developers label their screenshots "pre-alpha", "alpha", and "beta"? I know Bungie does -- I know of no others. But just because a screenshot isn't labeled doesn't mean it's finished. According to lawlessx, only labeled screenshots can be works in progress, and that makes no sense.

thats not what i meant..i only said that the lemmings have a much bigger reason to belive halo3 will improve overtime since the devs have released statements saying the halo3 shots are from its pre-alpha stages..im not saying Uncharted wont look better overtime..im just saying that its funny how cows are defending this game's graphics so much when at the same time they bash halo3's graphics..


P.S. Rare showed perfect dark zero in its pre-alpha stages a year before releasing it..and god..did they look like crap.

Halo argument has a major flow, Halo 3 is a 360 game, and if Gears is any indication, the game WILL look like the trailer shown as in game, like happened with Gears

But this one is on PS3, and all games on PS3 so far are worst than the trailers or older pics, so it like comparing apples to oranges, the fact is 360 can handle the graphics it shown as in game, PS3 can't in ANY game to date, i read a Lair thread, and that was same case
