Any BIG Flops Your Foreseeing Next Year? Any You Simply Wish For?

You know whats sad about a year with so many great games coming? Sometimes you hope one or two of the gamesjust so happens to flop, simply because you need enough money to pay your bills! So, theres gotta be a game or two you think or hope will flop, therefore savinganother sixty bucks in next years expenses. So what are your predicted flops?Throw in ur hopeful GOTYstoo, why not....Heres a list, people. Choose from the list i guess, lol.

XBOX- GOW3, Forza 4 (NOT ME3, I JUST MADE CORRECTION!)

PS3- Last Guardian, LBP2, Uncharted 2, Resistance 3, Killzone 3, Infamous 2

Wii- Zelda, Conduit 2

DS- Pokemon BW, and entire 3ds line up

PSP- idk, prob new system

MULTI- ME3, Portal 2, Bulletstorm, Rage, Brink, Crysis 2, Mortal Kombat, Batman, Deus Ex, Witcher 2, Elder Scrolls 5, (let me breath......okay lets keep going)Fear 3, Dead Space 2, Marvel Vs. Capcom 3, Homefront, Dragon Age 2, and Shift 2, oh and forgot Red Faction Armageddon(im not throwing in Xmen game....its gonna suck....dont even question me, sir! With all the years good, no way am i paying sixty bucks to play some flame making justin bieber with a story probably full of zits and teen angst! No way in he!!)

Probably Coming- New COD, new AC, new Bad Company, new Tomb Raider, unknown 3DS titles

Here are my predicted flops (as in getting basically 8.5 or less i consider).....Conduit 2, Shift, Resistance 3, Brink, Mortal Kombat, Witcher 2, Homefront, Fear 3, Dragon Age 2, and maybe Zelda, since idk if the new art direction suggests this game will be very awesome....idk, its just a feeling

DefiniteGOTY2011 contenders(as in 9.5 or better)..... LBP2, Uncharted 3, ME3, Last Guardian, Portal 2, Elder Scrolls 5, and Crysis 2......whether or not they will deserve those scores is questionable

Games that may flop:

Zelda, Infamous 2, possibly Forza 4

Games i want to flop:

Uncharted 3, just to see the reaction (if it did flop i would still buy it)

I want 2011 as whole to just flop.

Why the hell would I want to see a game flop? I don't particularly like the 360 but I hope that Kingdoms (crytek rpg) is good, and I like Halo. I think MOST of the games are going to be relatively successful with many 8.5's and up.

Did you add the bolded? Haha if not I did not see that. Ok not a fanboy, just cruel and unusual then.

You know @ the saving money part, just don't buy all the games at day 1 @ 60$, they're not going anywhere lol, as long as you get the games you want in the end you win:)

As for flops I honestly think Crysis 2 will end up like Far Cry 2, will get great reviews but will be hated by the fans.

For everything else, well we're gunna have to wait and see, flops come out of nowhere lol

Good question. PS3, PC, and 360 are all getting it on the same day.

why would anyone in their right mind wish for a game to flop? that just is bad for the whole industry.

I see maybe a game like Twisted Metal or Forza 4 having not great sales if reviews are subpar

the flop discussion is useless anyway since it makes no sense... but mass effect 3 should probably be added to both lists, afterall, if it fails on one, it will fail on the other given the fact that it will be released on both systems the same day...

FEAR 3 and Homefront I don't really see as being the best of games. Judging by what FEAR is turning into, my hopes aren't set high and Homefront just doesn't look that great to me.

Zelda Skyward Sword, Uncharted 3, and Mass Effect 3 will be wonderful Flops.

Duke Nukem Forever is Bound to Flop.

do people really have high expectations for conduit 2? anyway, the game i think MIGHT flop is lbp2. 2d sidescrollers are simple games, but it will be difficult to supply the tools for other genres. i hope none of them flop and we all have an excellent year in gaming, but im eyeing lbp2 with some suspicion. LoG-Sacrament

ME3, Deus EX:HR, Dragon Age 2, Brink and Rage are all what I see having a chance of flopping really.

Hmmm,if I had to bet I would say Deus Ex:HR and Duke Nukem Forever,at least here on GS.

Maybe The Last Guardian as well,even though Ico and SotC are great and are AAA on metacritic,they were both AA on GS,so I wouldn´t be surprised.

And of course Zelda.

I don't think it's a good game, no. But it's a great sim, which I don't like sim's at all :P

Crysis 2, Deadspace 2, and Duke Nukem. I also have a strange feeling that gamespot will say Killzone 3 is the best in the series yet give it an 8.5.

If Zelda flops again sheep will probably murder whoever reviews it.

Nah,GT(like Forza)is a mix of arcade and sim like racing,but not a racing simulator.

I think that inFamous 2 has a herculean task to live up to it's predecessor, not that SuckerPunch! got lucky, but I think it was just a refreshing idea and the sequel will need a major improvement to impress.

Also I remember thinking Resistance 1 was ok but then getting really hyped for 2...and it was ok. Not going to make that mistake twice.

I don't wish for any game to flop, however I would like to see DCUO get a small userbase at launch and have SOE drop the price or make it free to play.

Seriously,I got it on a whim and I love it,it´s pretty good,to me it´s much better than any MK game I´ve played,and I´m not hating MK because it´s from Ninty,I actually like those games. :P
