Any hype for Sonic RPG?

Yes, it's a handheld game, but it's by arguably the best WRPG developer in recent years and it's Sonic's first foray into the RPG realm. Who knows, Sonic could make a comeback.

What's the hype here?

I'm conflicted. Its made by Bioware, who's developed 2 out of my 3 most favourite games of all time, but....... its a Sonic game, and I havent played a good Sonic game in a decade.whocares4peace

I am guessing you have never played the Sonic Rush games....

Anyways I already have a preorder for it.

That's a tough one... It's being developed by Bioware, but then again, it's Sonic The Hedgehog.

I'm go with the last answer, just because it seems more likely.

But there been two AA Sonic titles for the DS and no one seems to have played them.

That's also a valid point. People way overdramatize how far that franchise has "fallen from glory" or whatever.

I hype AA SOLEY on the fact that bioware is developing it.

Sorry, but this game is kinda...meh to me.

I'll give it a spin if it turns out to be good.

It's obviously a very polished product but the battles look slow as heck and the only people who find Sonic and his friends interesting are furries

I expect this game to be a jump towards a new Bioware. One which makes more than just WRPGs.

this is my 3rd most hyped game of 2008

i just can't wait.

if it gets 9.0 or above i think its safe to say Sonic the Hedgehog has been resurrected for good for once

and of course not by sonic team

sonic handheld games have been good for years, and with the Secret Rings being good last year i have some 3D sonic hope

some, not alot though

also i think if bioware makes a killer game, a killer sonic game for the DS

than its finally time for people to realise the PSP is dead to everyone except enix and sony

and even then square enix loves the DS a millon times more than the PSP.
