Do you like JRPGS (mostly turn-based) or WRPGS (mostly real-time)?

There is no leveling or equipment in Fable 2, you just get orbs to increase abilities and clothes don't effect stats, there is also very few of them. Tales of Vesperia would be your best bet, Oblivion isn't bad either.

As much as its criticized you may want to look at Too Human also. It depends on if your looking for Diablo style leveling, or FF style leveling.

Oblivion doesn't need online so it would be fine. Fable 2 has kind of limited levelling options and most items don't effect gameplay. Fallout 3 has a great levelling system, a huge game world and heaps of items to find and build.

Mass Effect if you like WRPG, LO if you like JRPG. I would rent Oblivion first because it can be very hit or miss with players, and I hate it now personally.

Edit: On Fable 2, it's good, but there are better rpgs out there.

Fallout 3, Mass Effect, any of the JRPGs and yes Too Human. There is also Oblivion.

If leveling up is your thing there is also Rainbow 6:Vegas 2, COD 5, Crackdown and Marvel Ultimate Alliance.

Obivion.

I had this game on the 360, put around 250 hours into it, then the disk got sctatched, so I bought it for the ps3 (felt like starting over anyway), put 60 hours into that. Now Im finally dont with it and sold it.

Though sometimes I look in a shop and it will be there, I almost want to buy it again... :P

How good is fallout 3? Also when are they making the next elder scrolls game I really want to play it.

Fallout 3 is excellent. Lots of weapons and tons of places to explore. The VATS system is awesome if you use it correctly.
