Yep. I have played it today and yesterday. The games were Knack, Contrast, FIFA, and I got to play Killzone for about 15 minutes before they were told to take it out if kids came into the store.
Knack- Better than I thought and what I spent the most time playing. Reminds me of God of War in a way. There is some decent depth in the combat and it is pretty challenging. I died several times. The jumping in the demo is weird though. The game will not let you jump where it does not want you too. So if you try to jump to another area in the game regardless of how low it is the game will say "Nope." So you have to walk along the wall to find out where you can jump. It's dumb. It doesn't look that great either. It could of been done on the PS3. But I did have fun with it.
FIFA is just a high-rez version of the PS3 version. I am not happy with it at all.
Contrast looks cool but I haven't played it myself. But it is a game I am somewhat interested in.
Killzone looks stunning. But I fell like they are trying to copy Crysis with all the new gadgets. It is also not near as open as they claim, but I only played 15 minutes of it. Ryse looks awesome but I am going with Killzone as the best looking next gen game because of the scope. It actually doesn't feel like a Killzone game. That is a good thing. I am gonna get this on day one for sure.
The controller is a big ass improvement over the DS3. The sticks actually have weight to them finally and the controller is a little bigger as well. It is at least as good as the 360 controller. I hate the way the pad feels and no one in line could figure out how to use it or if the games supported it.
