Anyone Besides Me Getting A NEW Nintendo DSI-XL Next Week ?

I've been waiting for a long time for a bigger more comfortable portable to come out and this thing is perfect, i already pre-ordered mine, bought some games and even got a case for it, i can't wait.

Who else is looking forward to the DSI-XL ?

I'm holding out for the DS2... not sure when it'll come though, some think it'll be announced at E3, I hope so, but doubtful.

Nah. Imma wait for DS2. It's kind of expensive also. I'd rather buy something else.

Yup, still going strong. No need to replace a working device. Plus I have big hands and the DS lite feels flimsy and has a horrible D pad for me when I hold it.

The DSi has a longer Battery Life than the DSlight and seriously if I want to play a Gameboy Advance game I'd get a Gameboy Advance after all it was made to do that wasn't it?

I kind of want one, but I won't get one yet. If E3 comes and goes without mention of a DS2 coming out before Fall '11, I'll get a DSXL... once they sell it in black.

I still have my original DS that I bought on day one. I bought the damn thing in middle school, and I'm 20 now. :x

Not for almost $200. I'll keep playing my Blue / Black DS Lite. Really I have no interest in the DSi at all.

I think a lot of people are deluding themselves about the DS2, First of all the DS2 itself is purely rumor nothing has been mentioned by the industry or Nintendo, not to mention Nintendo wouldn't release a new incarnation of the DSI and then 2 months later announce the DS2 at E3.

The DS Lite was out for 2 years before the announcement of the DSI and the DSI has been out over a year before announcing the DSI-XL, so Nintendo's not about to release the DSI-XL and 2 months later anger a couple hundred thousand new DSI-XL owners by announcing a new, more technologically advanced DS2.

However even if it's announced i wouldn't look for it until christmas of 2011 at least. So those who are thinking of waiting could have a really long wait even if it's announced at E3.RPG-explorer

Nope, I'm good with my launch model DS. I don't see the point of buying the same thing over and over again unlike most people here it seems.

I would rather have a DSi than an XL because I use it outside of the house.

I'll stick with my DSi.

I'll definitely not be getting it, not only am I perfectly happy with my DS Lite, since the 3DS will be coming out in a year or so, I don't think I'll be buying a new iteration of the DS any time soon.
