anyone else agree with this statement?

as my rabbi said: 

"gamecube was better then wii is ever going to be."

now i believe this is true, only when you take out the fact that wii can play all gamecube games fully and has gamecube memory card and gamecube controller ports. 

so in a way, wii minus backwards compatability is worse than gamecube.

Yeah. I like saying that a console out for 7 months is worse than one that's been out for 5 years.

Of course GameCube is better, but only for the moment. 

I think it's a tie: they both lose.

IMO, the cartoonish games that compile about 95% of the wii library are unplayable.
