Going both old school and new school is the best bet for a gamer. I just got a Wii today... :D... so I will be filling it up with VC games very soon.foxhound_foxYou finally got one? Congratulations, man! It took you long enough!
I don't know about this "old school". I guess old school for me was anything before the Atari 2600, because for the rest of the consoles and the Arcades, I grew up with them and they were what was new in gaming in my time.Yes, but all of those systems are "old-school" by today's standards. That's what he meant.

With the VC,I can play old games that I missed, along with some new ones,so I'll be fine this generation.
Nostalgia is spreading across the world. A lot of people are watching old movies, and reverting to listening to old music as well. I don't know what the cause of it is, but I love it!kukukukProbably because we've tired out nearly every medium known to man, bar a few unique exceptions. The world in general is running out of steam.

There's a difference if you were alrady gaming when the NES was first released or if you weren't born yet.
