Anyone else not buying a single ubisoft product from there "BIG BIG" show?

I'm sick of ubisoft i tried to play an ass creed once I think it was unity or something on ps4 it ran like trash 30 fps terrible graphics terrible gameplay.

I don't like there games I don't like there face, and I don't like there name ubisoft.

I'm done with this company I don't like there spin offs i don't like rayman im a mario guy. Everything about this company just screams terrible knock offs spinoffs trash there tv shows there movies suck there games sucks.

Whos with me this company needs to either turn 180% around or just die off.

Get game making skills....hone your craft.

Look at Guilty Gear its got uber animation its got uber fighting game mechanics there masters of there class. Super Giant Games masters of Indies and retro style, you know what i mean?

WTF is ubisoft the master of?? Making terrible games that i tried to play that was a late in the game ass creed and it sucked it shoulda be get honed and crafted. RIght? What are they doing?

Ubisoft on the other hand is master of nothing they don't have a good anime fighter with the best of the best there masters of none. This company has lost its way it used to have prince of persia remember on PC playing on that jumping over pits it took over pitfall as the pit game. Now there nothing.

Their online games look terrible:

Skull and Bones, XDefiant, Hyper Scape, and a million other generic looking shooters I already forgot the name of.

But their singleplayer games could still be worth a playthrough:

Mirage, Avatar, Red, Hexe... I'll see for myself before passing judgment.

Well, I haven't bought a Ubisoft game since Steep, and I have seen nothing since that's likely to change that.

Maybe it's just me, maybe it's the way they marketed their games, but everything Ubisoft makes just looks so dull to me. Like they're not designed to stimulate and evoke emotions, but to numb them.

I watched the show, and it was so "fake". Their smiles, comments and everything felt like a god damn illusion. What a shit company, with shit games and garbage games.

Rather play Halo Infinite than anything shown. Let that sink in.

Except for the 300 new AC game's I don't know what else they announced. Ah yes, the new Mario + Rabbids, for sure I'll buy it.

I just can't get over them releasing a GOAT game like Legends and never releasing another Rayman again.

I'm not sure what games were on display since I didn't watch it, but I'm looking forward to the Mario + Rabbids sequel.

I don't typically go out and buy Ubisoft games. I did like their Assassin's Creed games early on, mainly AC1 and AC2. Assassin's Creed Black Flag was a good one too! But other than that, I'm not interested in the AC series or their other games for that matter. My taste in games has changed, as has my appreciation for indie games.

i am a perennial optimist with gaming so even though i loathe them and haven't enjoyed a ubi game for donkey's years, maybe, just maybe, one of these will buck the trend and turn out good. law of averages. maybe one day ill win the lottery

I'm interested in Division Heartland, though at same time skeptical about it being a free-to-play game, that it will heavily balance its gameplay to overly encourage microtransactions, but willing to try it as I really enjoyed previous Division games. Technically I still wouldn't be buying it though, since it'll be free-to-play.

I watched the trailers for them after I read your comment (had never heard of them up until that point). Yes, they look pretty terrible.

I was very disappointed. I was waiting for this event hoping to see some good Heartland and XDefiant content and didn’t get it. Most of the show was about boring AC which I couldn’t care less about.

XDefiant was a no show, which is not good. They’ve been refining it for months and everyone who has played it says it’s good but probably won’t release until mid-end of 2023. Not good though to not give some form of update on a game that’s supposed to be a flagship shooter.

Heartland was like a 60 second quickie with “beta coming soon” or something. Like nothing shown, no details, no meat. Then they went in to talk super in depth about the 15 AC games coming out. Zzz…

I won't at launch, but I'm keen on seeing mirage if it's not the RPG type that previous AC games have been.

I'll be getting plenty myself.. not sure why they aren't showing Xdefiant.. it must be going really bad.. they have had more comm silence on it than they did during Roller Champions and that game just kind of fell of the radar and then suddenly shadow dropped. Hopefully it's a good game.

I am however interested in just about any AC game.

Don't play that many games nowadays so I tend to be very selective about those I decide to invest my time in. Ubisoft titles do not make the cut unfortunately. Never was a fan of AC anyway - only ever played Black Flag and I eventually grew bored of it.

However, it's good news that the franchise is going back to its roots with Mirage and they finally decided to work on a Japan-based entry.

Haven't bought a single Ubisoft product for years. After the announcement of 7 more Assassin's Creed projects and a new price of 70 bucks per game, that will most likely never change.

Splinter cell remake is only hope.
