i hate it to death, im sorry but i like to enjoy the game not for some reason push myself do do the un-fun things ti show that iam a gamer. gears for instance. I dont play ranked there fore no achievements there for me talking to people who think i suck and dont want me on their team bla blah bla blah...i mean its like this on every 360 game i have like some weird feeling that makes try to get these achievements and i just get frustraigted and i cant enjoy the game anylonger. i mean i buy my multi-plats for my ps3 so i dont have to deal with this lol...well dooes anyone else not like this "feature"?

It's a problem if people only buy games solely for the A points.
getting it is nice, but since i mainly only play mulit, it becomes tedious and useless, why do i even try. there are probably millions ahead of me. what a waste of time if you actually go looking for points. i prefer to let them flow to me
Some games they are great and some games they are not. I love the system, but since I do not play too much online I tend to get only half of the points.
I've cooled off a bit... I thought I'd hit 40K over a month ago... but just haven't really "pushed" for it. Got 3 new games now... so it won't be long. I tried to fight the Gamerscore urge, but I lost... and so will you all! =)

that happened to me at first,i was like "wtf!?" but then i kept playing and i got better and better as time went on and people were fighting to get me on thier team.you just got to keep playing and getting better,man....anddont be a mute,strike up a conversation sometimes,it helps..
Achievements are...well... goals and feats that you can achieve. If you havent achieved a certain rank, then you havent gotten enough ranked pts or w/e. Its not supposed to accurately judge how good a person is overall. Its more of an experience kind of thing. You can play a game every day and not be any good, and you can rarely play and be great, but those are uncommon cases and usually people will generalize.
