Anyone on System Wars Buying GUITAR HERO 5?

They're going out of control with guitar hero games. Look on wikipedia how many theyve realeased if you don't know. Usually yearly releases push it, but Guitar Hero has been milked more than sports games!

Anyone on here buying it? I know system wars hates Guitar Hero But people on Scorehero are really hyping it up. I will buy it if it has a lot of challenging songs. The exact reason I hated GHWT, Not Enough Fun Challenging Hard songs. Thats also why Guitar Hero 2 was the best. Ever.

nope. plus, sequels like this shouldnt exist, they should just release the songs as DLC...

I'm not. I am getting Rock Band Beattles, but that's about it. I haven't even beaten GH2, GH3 or GH: Aerosmith yet. So you know, I'm not buying GH5. lol!!

Ahhhhh, um, eh..no. I'm still trying to catch up on all those other music games. I've bought the RB guitar, now I need opinions on which is the best; RB, RB2, GHIII or GH: WT.

No and wont buy a guitar hero game again as a huge Nirvana fan im actually annoyed by Cobain's presence in the game as if you read up on Cobain its what he wouldnt have wanted...but blame his estate which is mainly Courtney love but that hatreds for another topic really.

Also i think they are poorly made,difficulty scalling needs loads of work, new version every year with imo poor DLC support compared to RB.

The sensible music game fan would go for rock band especially with its superb DLC over the GH rehashes which appear every few months.last good game was 2 and it died with 3 and lost all its character imo and was overly difficult for the sake of it which was a poor poor design decision imo.

I'm getting it.. hell its 2 games for the price of one, van halen comes with it, and it also comes early. I'm not their biggest fans, but its still an extra game!

No on GH5. I am getting The Beatles though.

I have rock band 2 and guitar hero 3 and that is good enough for me. It will be long long time tell i buy a music game again.

Rock Band 2 and GH3 are the most challenging and fun, but Rock Band 2 is a bit easier and has a less steep learning curve so I say go with Rock Band 2.Justinge3

why play sports games, i can just watch the real thing on TV and pretend to play

Im really sorry but for me the Rock Band Guitar is terrible :( Suishy strumbar keeps me off rythm and frets are ok though. But I play bad with it. However don't worry, there are people who started with that one and got really good. But if you ask me I prefer the Guitar Hero 2 explorer guitar. Justinge3

100% sure that I won't. If this glut of rhythm games flood retailers shelves and they get desperate to move Rock Band 2 or World Tour I'd consider those if they become cheap enough, but even that's probably not gonna happen.
