Anyone Who Hates On Sony/PS3 Is A Tool.

Seriously.

Since it's become fashionable to hate everything sony-related this generation I assume anyone who hates ps3 is a tool who can't think for his/her self and has to be told what to like and what to hate. As soon as the media sensationalized every sony "mistake" I noticed the amount of sony haters increased exponentially. Only the long-time haters are exempt from this label of "tool" (i.e the ones who hated sony back in the N64 era)

I don't hate Sony. Just the PS3.

Correction: I hate what Sony's tried to do with the PS3, ie, the arrogant comments, the inflated price tag, and the way they tried to use it as a Trojan horse to get Blu-ray into homes.

A.the psp is nice.

B.ps3 is a joke if you only want to play good games.

C. most sony products are pretty good.

I had some strange bias against Sony for a very long time, before it was popular.

Besides, I don't hate Sony.

They made the PS1.

I don't dislike Sony, it's just that Sony does really stupid things.  Stupidity needs to be punished and dealt with or it spreads.  From the historic giant enemy crabs, to alliwantforxmasisapss, to stupidly high price tags, forcing an HD format on people, to continued tasteless and stupid PR stunts...

Anyone who opts to hate on 360 or the wii actually operates on logic because the biased media wants those platforms to win (especially the wii).

I actually view ps3 fanboys as the most intelligent breed of fanboy solely for the fact that they have the capacity to think for  themselves

I'm a sony kid, nonconforming as can be. 

I've hated on Sony for a very long time. Yes, ever since the Playstation came out. I considered them to be spewing underpowered and underfeatured crap on the market, and I always hated their controller and pretty much everything they stood for.

Recently, the PS3 has impressed me. So now I find myself actually liking the Playstation brand, while everyone else hoses it down with their firebats, anti-infantry flame tanks, white phosphourous grenades, and other combustion-based weaponry. I don't feel like flaming it: for the first time in my life I've seen the light, and it's not the light of flaming.

PS3 is good, just as good as its competitors.

Of course the PC still pwns all.

Maybe not on this forum, but on the PS3 forums they seem the most logical...They actually critique their own system instead of just blindly salivating over it like the other biasedforums (360 and wii)

I'll admit I used to have a bias against the Playstation back when it was competing against the N64 (and taking all the good games!!)

But I suspect most of the antagonism towards the PS3 this generation is mostly aimed at the arrogance of Sony in assuming the masses would all jump up and buy a 600 dollar console. The fact that the complete opposite has happened is seen by many as ironic, and a well deserved comeuppance.

As for me, I'm just pitying Sony right now. Got over the fanboyishness years ago

I wouldn't really consider you a cow.  When I say sony fanboy I'm talking Keywii/GermanShepard/NYCGamer calibre.  The kind that think every upcoming game for the PS3 is going to be the death knell of the universe.  The kind that attempting to have any kind of intelligent discourse with is akin to beating your head bloody against a brick wall.

Don't be upset, but this how I feel. Microsoft image and gameplan with this Xbox ideal is down right terrible if you an investor. I personal have stocks in Sony (MOOOO!!!!), but I wouldn't dare touch Microsoft stocks. For the Xbox360 itself, I think it's a great system if you like those type of games. I just feel like the market they grabbed is too small for them to actually make a profit.
