Are Any PS3 Owners Buying the Stallion (AKA, PSVita)? Why?

Curious: The Stallion (yes, that's what I'm calling it) seems like a PS3 on the go, and as a PS3 owner it really turns me off.

Personally, I'm head over heels for the 3DS-- completely opposite experience of what I'm used to and I am dying for the huge DS backlog

I can play games on my phone if I want and it is a helluva lot easier to lug around than a bulky handheld - which don't fit too well into a normal sized pocket.

Depends on the actual hardware. I have seen a few 3DS's but don't ever use the 3D aspect because I get headaches if I use it for longer than like 15 minutes. >.>

I am not really interested in the Vita for the time being. Something about it just doesn't seem right. I like that they finally listened to us, but one touch screen and then a touch pad, along with buttons? Sheesh. Something tells me I'm going to have cramps trying to get all the aspects to work.

I have all the systems this gen and just got a 3DS on launch day, but from what I've seen so far the PSVita is impressive. I may just get it :)

Yes.

I like the idea of being able to play an HD quality game without having to turn on a HDTV. I like the fact that it has two analog sticks (which is actually pretty innovative), theres a possibility that PS2 Classics similar to PS1 classics will be added to the PSN in the future.

I also will buy the 3DS if there is a game that comes out that I want to play on it. But the hardware itself does not interest me.

What the hell is stallion meant to mean?

I love handhelds so hell yeah, but I wait till the next version of it.

I'm waiting to see the line up before I decide. From the looks, the 3DS is making the same mistakes the PSP originally did, simply being console games on the go. Hopefully the PSVita has a good launch lineup.

I have a ps3 and a psp phat. I'll get the stallion eventually, just not at launch.

I'd like one but after buying the 3DS, I don't see myself buying anymore gadgets for a long while. If the Vita some how beats out the 3DS in terms of games eventually, then I'll cop it for a much cheaper price.:)

I own a ps3, and yes i am interested in the stallion (i kind of like that name...), I am liking some of the games they showed for launch. Looking forward to: UC:GA, sound shapes, little deviants, wipeout, and stardust.
