Are Bioware an honest bunch of guys in your opinion?!

I dunno whether I'll get Dragon Age now, on any platform lol, which platform is it best on?? And are you a fan of Bioware? LOL what do you think of that Chris dude, bit of a dweeb isn't he? =P

How is rating your own game dishonest? It's really pointless and dumb, sure, but it's not like they said "Hey that wasn't our guy rating it, we promise!" Maybe a lie of omission, but then your just grasping at straws. And it's just a user review, it's not like he posted a professional review for gamespot or something.

That's cool and I'ma gonna let you respect that but it looks like you're in a minority!

I personally know a Bioware employee and he's the most honest, cool, and fun individual a person can think of. He's the type of guy you'd be happy to know is working on games you enjoy.

Edit: What some people don't understand is that many employees can be fans themselves! A lot of them are fans before they become employed by certain companies. I don't think it's wrong for an employee to write a user review of a game that they had a part in making. It's only one out of hundreds-thousands, anyway. Are other people any more honest by giving the game a 1 or a 2?

Lots of PC users who feel betrayed, pulling a fanboy......I don't actually own the game, but I'm going to trash it because I feel butthurt. I guess they will all be missing out on a pretty good game. Oh well back to playing DA2...

I don't get why they'd try to improve the user rating.

I mean look at CoD. One of the best selling games ever, and the user scores are awful.

I'm guessing the majority of people do not care for reviews at all, so these guys at Bioware shouldn't put too much effort into this.

Their games are always great, I just don't like some EA suits sitting over them telling how to make their games in order to turn a bigger profit.

This is pretty old news, general rule of thumb is if it's about a day old, or even a couple of hours, someone most likely probably already posted it.. What that employee did was unprofessional, but at the same time I don't think his individual actions speaks for the company. Bioware doesn't come off as anymore "unhonest" as any other video game developer.

Again, what is everyone complaining about. It was one guy, ONE guy (who was caught). Do you honestly believe this has never happened before? He might have just wanted to boost the game's score but he could be a fan right? This isn't the first time an employee is a fan of a game he is working on/worked. This isn't really news.
