Are console gamers actually interesting in pc exclusives?

I know pc has more exclusives than the consoles combined but the majority of these games are strategy, MMORPG and normal rpg games! Are the majority of console gamers actually interesting in games like Shotgun 2 and Guild wars 2? I dont play much on consoles but I would guess not, and none of my console gaming friends would even consider thse types of games remotely fun. I would love to know what console gamers think, cause I see these threads where pc games claim "ownage" with a big list of exclusives however alot of them are very similar types of games which are very rare on consoles and if you arent into those sorts of games then big deal!

There are a few PC games I wish I could play. Well, I will be able to once I build myself a rig. ARMA 2 is a game I really want to play. Battlefield 3 I would much rather play the PC version but the Ps3 will do just fine for the mean time.

All systems are gonna have games other people want to play. I would just imagine alot of people here don't have the money to get multiple consoles. You know, being young and all.

I dont know of any pc exclusive. I guess I'll have to look them up. I remember balders gate people were talking about a lot back in the day.

Why wouldn't i be interested in PC exclusives :? Recettear is one of my favorite games for this year and StarCraft 2 is plain awesome, so yeah, only because i mainly play on consoles doesn't mean i cannot play on PC either.

Former console gamer and ever since Starcraft 2 came out i've played nothing but PC games. I built a new rig to play it and then just started playing PC games more and more. It just seems like there is more variety plus a ton of unique indie games. Plus you add in the mod content for games and I feel like I get more of my money's worth out of PC games. And yes I still use a Xbox 360 controller for some games :D

If they weren´t you wouldn´t see many of them full of glee and antecipation when a PC game has a console version confirmed.

Yes. I love strategy games so i would love to play Starcraft 2, Shogun 2, Heroes of Might and Magic 6 and others.

I'm a died in the wool console gamer, but there are plenty of PC exclusives I would like to play. But only a handful of them are from this gen, and I can't justify the investment in a gaming rig to run them well. The minimum number of games I have for any 1 system is 30, and I can't find that many I'm interested in playing for PC.
