I thought DMC4 was exclusive ????NorgThings change, the publishers said it was. Its not anyones fault, that it went multi-plat. Xbox fans are really immature. I mean when Saints row, and Enchanted arms went to PS3. PS3 fans just continued quitely starving for an AAA game.

Some people also tend to forget that the PS3 got OBLIVION and a new and improved Ninja Gaiden as well. It is clearly going both ways, so Sony is not the only ones losing exlcusive rights to certain games here. There were PLENTY of games that went from PS2 to Xbox last gen, and it is just more of the same here.
There will be great exclusives for BOTH systems, mixed in with all of the killer multi-plats that owners of BOTH systems will get to enjoy. Personally, I had to buy both because they will both be unique in their own way, and if anyone is narrow minded enough to think that the PS3 is done because of DMC4 going multi-plat, they need to clearly wake up.
The majority of the DMC fanbase are Playstation die hards anyway, so the PS3 will probably sell more versions. Anyway, it is hardly anything to get worked up over. PS3 getting Oblivion and Ninja Gaiden is a MUCH bigger deal, if you ask me.

Here we go... How long has Oblivion been out? When did Ninja Gaiden: Black come out? How long has Devil May Cry 4 been out? Is it a timed exclusive? These are all very simple questions...

LOL....How long they have been out is irrelevant. The point is that they went multi-plat....and there will be more of course. All I am saying is that PS3 is not the only one losing games here, nor will it be in the future. PS3 will see games that were formerly Xbox exclusives, just as the 360 will see games that were formerly Playstation exclusive. It will be JUST LIKE LAST GEN when PLENTY of PS2 titles went to the Xbox, and vice versa.Â
Actually, Sony did not "lose" anything, as DMC4 is STILL going to be released on the PS3, and where does most of the DMC fanbase's loyalty lie anyway????:)....That is what I thought. So, gee, I wonder which version will sell more in the end.:P
Anyway, all I was really pointing out is that BOTH systems will see more former exclusives go multi-plat and BOTH will still ultimately have their fare share of great exclusives as well. What ticks me off, is when "some people" only acknowledge the few games that come their way, instead of being open minded enough to see that both the 360 and the PS3 will be getting some of each others FORMER exclusive titles as they go multi-plat in order to increase sales.
Have a nice day.

Yeah... But when a PS3 game goes to the 360, that's one less reason to spend $600. When a 360 game goes to the PS3, the PS3's percentage of multi-platform game compared to exclusive games go down, and the $600 seems less appealing. :D[QUOTE="ironcreed"]Things change, the publishers said it was. That I CAN agree with, but my other point is that The PS3 WILL STILL have it's own fair share of great exclusives and new exclusive IP's, like Lair, Heavanly Sword, Killzone 2, Wardevil, an eventual God of War 3, ect., that will more than justify owning one. As I said, the PS3 and the 360 WILL BOTH have great exclusives amidst the killer line-up of multi-plats that will be available on each system.Â
The 360 only has a much more impressive line up right now because it has had a year head start, while the PS3 is just over 4 months old, lol. Not hardly a fair comparison, but "some people" always tend to over look simple facts like these in order to try and act as if the 360 and the PS3 should be compared on an equal and common ground right now, when in fact, nothing could be further from the truth in regards to equal ground comparison, as it is not fair or even possible at the moment.
Instead, you have a bunch of rabid, blind "Xbox only" fanboys runnin around trying to "claim ownage" to the fact that the 360 has more games, lol. Well, no sh!t it has more games, because it had a year head start. Just wait and see if certain "360 exclusives" do not start popping up on the PS3 as well, and then maybe you will get my point that SONY IS NOT GOING TO BE THE ONLY ONE TO LOSE EXCLUSIVES, lol....Mark my words.;)
And I will leave you with this parting statement. It is rather easy to try and claim an early victory when you got a 100 mile head start in a 3000 mile race. However, what matters in the end is not only how you finish, but the type of vehicle, and the performance of your vehicle all along the way as well. On that note, at least the PS3 does not have to stop every few miles in order to get an "overhaul.";)....."I am on my 3rd 360", "I am on my 4th 360", "I am on 360 number 5"...... (just kidding of course, as I love the 360 as well.....it is still true though, regardless.)
