There's a comparison thread with the Japanese versions in the RoF specific boards, but basically the 360 has depth of field blurring, slightly better textures, more bloom (arguable whether this is good), and more objects in some of the more complex areas. The PS3 is supposed to have a slightly higher framerate though, although it's said to be not noticeable in gameplay).
