Do you actually know what you're talking about? Do some of the intense UFC training and get back to me.
cyclops10
yeah i heard its tough, are you happy with the ufc training, and no i wouldnt mess with you on here, or on the street.
It's not bad. I guess it depends on what you're looking for and how fit you are. If you're overweight or not fit i would suggest starting with something a bit easier going. A friend of mine is a fitness instructor and we took turns doing the harder stuff, i was barely able to finish and he found it very difficult too(keep in mind in's a non stop heavy cardio workout for an hour)There are troubles with the ''floor'' workouts, so you'll need to have your kinect in the best position possible. It's never going to count your reps spot on, but for people trying to get fit, it dosen't really matter. You'll get a good workout just trying to keep up. And for people trying to lose weight, well, getting off your ass is a great start.
I'm curious about the EA fitness game and Your Shape(i'll be picking both up) A friend of mine who is very overweight has the biggest loser game and is doing well with that. I thought only the second EA fitness game was out for the 360?
ea fitness game isnt good, but i have fitness evolved and its really fun. scored relatively well, also if you have kids, the Kinect is a goldmine.
