No? Sorry. I guess only Wii owners get to play this one.

nope not on retail but there is xbla games like aegis wing -well thats been delisted it was like sin and punishment in a way it was a plane combat game ,
there's been a real lack of shoot-em-ups on both the 360 and the PS3. Evenly though S&P2 isn't a full out shoot-em-up, the 360 has ikaruga available for download on live.
the wii doesn't even have current games similar to sin & punishment either. But regardless it's definitely been on my radar. It'll be the next Wii game I buy after I get mh tri
This isn't really the same genre as shmup at all, its a completely different type of game..there's been a real lack of shoot-em-ups on both the 360 and the PS3. Evenly though S&P2 isn't a full out shoot-em-up, the 360 has ikaruga available for download on live.

Some-Mist
it'll be a long shot since there are alot of people that don't like Rail Shooters.
Or maybe people don't like Rail Shooters of Franchises that are not originally Rail Shooters?
I don't know.

LegatoSkyheart
They're the product of a different time. Coin-op arcade style games.
That game is like the 5 minute long section of Darksiders where it is exactly the same, and that was the worst part of the game IMO.
The funny thing is that I own a Wii and I still think it looks lame.
[QUOTE="IppoTenma"][QUOTE="locopatho"]While I'll buy and enjoy this game.... Using Rail Shooters for "ownage" is pretty lame :P locopathoIt's not a rail shooter. :I Almost certain it is? Well, can you dodge stuff in Deadspace extraction, House of Dead, etc? Yeah, it's scripted but you can move and it's not in first person. It's a scrolling shooter like Star Fox 64.
Aww shucks, I actually have to move around and make decisions in my shooters, not just point and click while the game does the work, I'm super jealous

I know it's a 3rd person shooter but it does have shmup qualities!

Haven't seen any gameplay for this at all so I don't know what is being hyped. For wii games, theres metroid other M and galaxy 2. Other M looks to be a really fun game that alone seems to be good enough for me in terms of wii games.
Also, are there any games like Heavy Rain on the wii?
