Are you buying The Evil Within or Borderlands Pre Sequel ?

The Evil Within and Borderlands Pre Sequel both releasing same date.Currently can afford only one, so thinking to go with The Evil Within on PC or PS 3/Xbox 360 been since its been over a year any decent survival horrors released ( The Last of us being last good game i enjoyed).

The Evil Within. Never played a borderlands game, so I have no interest.

Haven't played it that much, but I'm digging the atmosphere. Reminds me of RE4. I need to put more time into it. It all looks really intriguing.

I'll eventually get to play Evil Within, but I've no desire to play anything Gearbox makes or could profit from, not until Randy Pitchford ritualistically disembowels himself with a steak knife in shame of his Colonial Marines fiasco.

I won't be buying either anytime soon, but I may pick up the Evil Within later on; maybe during a gaming drought. Resident Evil was my favorite series during the Shinji Mikami days and given that this is his new game, it has lots of potential.

I still haven't finished boarderlands 2, but I have more interest in the Evil Within, which I think looks really good. I recently bought quite a few games though so I'm thinking of finishing my backlog before buying any more games, which includes the mass effect trilogy and a ton of lolvita games.. so maybe I will play the Evil Within around 2016..

Maybe get The Evil Within sometime in the future. I skip Borderlands, have not finished Borderlands 2 yet. Stopped play it after frustration of sidequest that was bugged.

Everything indicates this will be a poor pc port and for all his talk about "no real survival horror" it basically looks like Resident Evil 4.

While Borderlands was a poor pc port, Borderlands 2 was an excellent port. Sadly, the lack of depth in the franchise means the player will burn out before reaching the finishing mark. An overly streamlined title that is fun in short bursts but lacks the long term investment the likes of which pc dungeon crawlers such as Icewind Dale delivered through complexity.

One is a game by Shinji Mikami, the other is a loot treadmill with internet humor. If I want to play a loot game I'll stick to Path of Exile or go back to Diablo 3 already.

Jelly as **** right now, I'm doing that thing where I'm at work, and when it was 7am I said "awesome only 10 more hours and I get to go home", and now I'm like only 90 more minutes and I get to go home.

90 minutes isn't that bad. Clock out early. Say a Shinji Mikami game has released.

It's pretty sad when people bash Activision and EA for being greedy SoB's while they continue to support Gearbox a company that makes shyt games, I'm surprised people are quick to forget about ACM and DNF.

Road to Hill 30, the one and only time they were worth a damn. Otherwise they are about as mediocre as some other developer that made the video game equivalent of turning the player into a servant while living on the fame of making one worth a damn game in their existence.

I was planning on buying Evil Within but I'm not getting a PS4 till Uncharted 4 comes out. Right now I'm debating if I should buy the game for PS3 or just wait and buy the cheaper superior version on PS4 next year.

My bad port tolerance is spent for now... I've accidently quit a certain SE game several times at this point, by hitting "escape". The game in question does'nt seem to have a "quit" button at all.
