After FF 15, civ 6, owlboy, the new pokemon ,and the PSN/steam sales they had going on...i'm done buying games for the year and probably for a month or two, what about you guys?
This topic is locked from further discussion.
I'm looking at picking up one more older game (probably the Last of Us) since I'm about to finish Kingdom Hearts and the only other game I have in my backlog is Dark Souls before the Switch comes out.
Nope, grabbing Doom as soon as im done with DeusEx. Was also thinking of going back to fallout 4 so if that's next, i'll wait longer to purchase Doom.
It depends on whether Shantae 4 becomes available to the public and not just for backers this month, otherwise unless I see something on a good sale, I'm content playing Doom atm.
I just received Steep, my last pre-order of this year. But with the Steam winter sales around the corner I'll probably buy many more games this year ^^

How are you liking it and on which system?
PC, on ultra-violence. Even though I think it's a little repetitive, honestly, I'd say Doom has the best FPS campaign I've played since maybe Half-Life 2. It's just so fast and chaotic, and everything about it really hearkens back to what I used like about the genre in the 90's and early 2000's.
I have been done buying games since February as I have been focusing on the U.S. presidential primaries and general election campaign. This is the first time in my life that I have been so much involved in politics to where I donated more than $600 to candidates. Since the presidential candidate that received most of my donation won, I am quite satisfied.

Skip fallout 4, and go to Doom.
I know its great but i haven't played Fallout in a long time and kinda interested of coming back, install some new mods and play on Survival. Doom is a nobrainer, i'll buy it sooner or later.
Nope, Getting Dead Rising 4 soon, The Astroneer(Early access I think) whenever it releases, and whichever other indie game comes out that catches my attention. It's been an insane past few months, gaming wise but also in my personal life, just a very busy time....looking forward to Christmas holidays so I can play more games and just relax more.

Amen.
I only just picked up Battlefield 1, Dragon Quest Builders, and Watch Dogs 2. Yesterday, I picked up Final Fantasy XV. Phew.
In terms of the last month of the year, I'll probably pick up The Last Guardian.
And then that'll be it. Hopefully.
While I'm on leave from work over Christmas/New Year, I might get some retro stuff...I tend to buy retro stuff bit-by-bit because it can be so expensive. So I might look around and see what's out there while I'm off work.
I have a couple more games to buy as gifts then going to buy me a few new Amiibos coming out and that should be it.
The Last Guardian CE will be my last game of 2016. Final Fantasy XV was bought this week. Was gonna buy Inside if was discounted to $10 or less, but it is $14 so I'll wait. I have no shortage of games to play.
I'm getting TLG for sure, I'm not looking forward to anything past that but something always manages to catch my eye.
This.
The main one I still have to come this year is Walking Dead: New Frontier... but there will definitely be a few more (maybe Stardew Valley on XB1).
Nope, still got a ton of great games to choose from, this gen has picked up out of nowhere after a slow first few years

What games? Xflop has none.

Well what do you recommend I play on my PS4? Uncharted 4 or Bloodborne? those are outdated and I've tried them.

They can't be more outdated than the last Xbone game that wasn't a flop on GS.

I knew you could not name any, LMAO since PS has had no good games for months.

As opposed to the Xbone that has never had any good games to begin with.
Steam Winter Sale is coming.
You're a funny guy.
Far Cry 4 made it to $20 CAD this past sale, but I'm not sure I want to bite, especially if it doesn't run well on my computer (I still need to upgrade). $10-15 CAD would be much more justifiable if it has to sit 6-8 months.
I cant resist. GOG is doing a sale now, and Ill probably buy something on that. I still havent even beaten the witcher 3, its expansions or MGSV, and Im still adding games to the collection. the kicker is that I really only play games an hour or two a night now, usually after Im done working out. I guess its a good addiction?
Nope.
Looking to get The Witness, SUPERHOT, Overcooked, Redout, Steins:Gate and DOOM during the end of year sales. Maybe Dark Souls 3, Fallout 4 and Total War: Warhammer but I'd maybe wait for some complete package for them.
Still want to get Space Hulk: Deathwing. I also want to purchase Resident Evil 7, but I may do that more towards the street date.
Also, Steam sales are coming up and gog sales are going on right now, so I may still get something. :P

I have everything I want off steam. I seriously can't think of one game.
Steam winter sale is this month.
I get my copy of final fantasy 15 tomorrow.
I'll probably preorder persona 5's edition with the bag before years end.
Yakuza 5 to prepare for yakuza 0.
World of Final Fantasy maybe
PSX is saturday so there might be a sale for playstation then.
