Are you going to get LBP 2 regardless of GS score? (POLL)

I know there's already a hype thread but this isn't supposed to be a hype thread and that hype thread isn't stickied.

Getting for my girlfriend, by which I mean I'm getting it for myself :P. I missed out on the first LBP but it's not happening this time!

I'll rent it to go through the story mode, but I have little interest in the creation aspect of it.

I hated the platforming in the first, so probably not. Plus there are way too many other good games coming out, so my time is filled.

I only buy games that get a perfect (10/10) AAAAE @ Gamespot. because Gamespot scores are by GODS.

So this generation, I've only bought 2 games; MGS4 & GTA4. I am very happy with my two perfectly scored games, because they were scored by GODS @ gamespot

You're a smart man. I only rely on Metacritic these days. I'm getting LBP2 regardless because: A) the first one was phenomenal B) It allows me to break out the PS Move and EyeToy on the first AAA game.

I have it pre-ordered, but in borderline cancel mode.

Basically what it sounds like it's going to be is one part pretty standard platformer with cutesy presentation and imperfect handling. And one part neverending minigame curiosity collection. I just don't know if that's something I'd care for particularly much. Could be. Or not. Wish you could rent games. I'll probably continue being indecisive until it's too late to cancel.

im passing on LBP2 for now. the original LBP is one of my favorite games but the timing of this release is ill timed imo. why not release it before xmas? i would have gotten it had it come out before xmas, but instead i got a bunch of other games which should keep me busy for much of the year.

also, this game seems more like LBP1.5 instead of LBP2. i kinda feel like this game is unnecessary. unless the game offers something completely new and different, i feel like this game is going to flop score wise. i predict an 8

I'm considering it, I do love platformers, but I think I want to save up for the other titles coming out this year (Portal 2, Dragon Age 2, Witcher 2 are my "must haves").

Actually, I'm the reverse. I'm not getting it no matter what it scores. I'm just not feeling it.

I won the Collector's Edition from a Subway promo awhile back. I'm just waiting for it to be delivered before the game comes out.

I'll get it at a later date. It releases the same day as Mass Effect 2, so I'm getting that instead
