I prefer the 360 but own them all so I am far from a fanboy, although I do really hate cows!
Playtime: 360: 85% PS3 5% Wii 10%
Usually every one in this site don´t consider they-self like a fanboy, and when another person post something that don´t like or attack in some way (with arguments or not) to their favorite game, console or company, says that the other is just a fanboy. But honestly, each one of us (yes, including me) are in some way a fanboy, if not, why where're posting in site like this.So my question are: 1. In your opinion, what a fanboy really are. and...2. Why you are not a fanboyrickhuntermacro
A fanboy is a nerd who will argue to the death about video games. I am not a fan boy because I care about other things than if xbox has a better gpu or is ps3 sold more to other people I don't care about. I don't caere about who buys what and what they play. I care about money, woman, and woman.
I'm an equal opportunity fanboy. I'll defend anything that becomes the focus of a stupid remark. Be it software or platform.
I'm a fanboy for Socom.
I think that game destroys every other MP experience. Being that socom never really had over 30,000 people online, theres not many die-hard fans like me so I doubt anyone on here will agree with me. But thats just personal preference.
Some might call me a fool, but those would be the same people saying "system a is better than system b"which is just as bad.
Even though I don't have a PS3 yet, I'll most likely pick up Confrontation on release date just because i've gotten every Socom on release date besides the first one, and I will be getting a PS3 sooner or later.
[QUOTE="wolverine4262"]Its more fun to be a fanboy.... I like making people mad. If yur not a fanboy (or atleast acting), wats the point of being hereVerge_6Because I very much enjoy making said fanboys piss themselves in rage.that too... you can be a fanboy without making outrageoues claims, though....
I guess some people call me the Space Fanboy because I love stars and planets and stuff like that. But then other people call me Maurice (weet woah) because I speak of the pompitous of love for Sega. Mostly Sega as an ideal not Sega the harsh reality. Therein lies the rub. If you identify yourself as manticore then identify me as enemy. JiveT*backs away slowly*

Dude, that's the SECOND time you've done that...and from the same poster as well.
I'm not a fanboy as I want to own all three consoles and I want to get more into PC gaming. I think it's silly that some gamers pass up good games just because of brand loyalty, graphics, etc. However, right now I do show more support for the Wii, but that's only because it's the only current gen system I own at the moment.
I am a fanboy, just like everyone else here. I'm just not in denial.

Unless you mean video game fanboys, then how is that so? If someone wants all systems, enjoys games on all systems and doesn't blindly bash or support any console or the PC, how are they a Lemming, Cow, Sheep or Hermit?

Simply, no one can be unbiased. It doesn't matter if you're "blind" or not.

I wouldn't really consider someone who is a bit biased a fanboy. :|

What would you consider them?

Erm, a bit biased?
Seriously, if someone is biased towards a certain system, it doesn't mean they are a fanboy. Especially if they have no problems with the other systems.
But I guess if you are right then I'm a sheep who wants a 360 and a PS3. A sheep that may transform into a cow or lemming if he begins preferring one of those two consoles once he owns them in addition to his Wii. ;)

Yep.
And what's wrong with that?

Nothing I guess. :)
