Game is fun as hell. I love the mix of powers and the story is actually pretty good. A solid 9 in my book.

Half way through it im guessing...I cant put it down.

I beat the good karma play through yesterday and have been doing side missions today. This is seriously the best PS3 game I have ever played by quite a large margin. I don't care what anybody else says, this is how you make an open world actiongame. The smoothness and speed of movement, the many varied powers at your fingertips, and action so intense and fast you'll be constantly intertained. Not to mention someexcellent voice acting, characters, graphics, Music, and story. This game has it ALL!

I give this game my highest recomendation

I'll get it and play it when it drops in price.

Does anyone know if stores still sell the Hero Edition? I really want it now!

Waiting for the bargain bin. I thought the original was a tad overrated and I bought that day one. After seeing the 7.5 review, It tipped me on the side of waiting till its very cheap.

Just remembered the big complaint of mine, sound effects. Why is it I can't hear Cole running!? I know it's not a big deal, but it bothers the **** out of me.

I also hated his voice in the beginning, but the actor is actually good and emotion feels legit from him. Good job!

some PSN UGC is up, i played a rediculous level some dude made that just begins out of nowhere with all of the miltia attacking with riot shields and from the rooftops lol

Yep beat good.. all blast shards.. and side missions .. can't seem to find that final dead drop though -_-; .. time to go evil :)..expanded

I bet that final dead drop is on the first island at the very beginning of the game when you're sneaking into New Marais. Going back there literally gives you nothing but that last dead drop and a trophy for returning there. I was looking for it for a while too :P

And yes TC, I'm playing it. Second playthrough, evil karma/hard run. Loving this game a lot.

just started a good karma playthrough. so far so good but i still liked the look and voice acting of the old cole better. this cole isnt bad though.

I started it yesterday and haven't had much time to play it yet, but I really like it so far. I think the camera is too close behind Cole though, wish I could move the camera back just a bit like you can in GTA games, but I don't know if I can do that.

I'm loving it. I loved the first one, and this one is even better. Don't ask me how it's "disappointing" but I'm really enjoying it. The graphics are a lot better than the first game, so are the cutscenes, the mission variety; hell, just about everything's better. The ice launch is also amazing :oops:.

I also think the story is pretty good as well.

I liked inFamous and still need to finish evil playthrough, but I'll wait before getting this as I still have games like GoW 3 and Heavy Rain to buy, they're pretty cheap now. But from the demo I already like it more than the first one.

Demo was tight, but the the sound was kinda off, don't you think? Hardly any ambiance, like hardly any pedestrians chatting, wind blowing, etc.

Anyways, I wish I was playing the game right now.

I can't remember. i was talking more about the gameplay feeling better than Infamous 1. I liked Infamous, but some of the controls irritated me, like ranged powers being mapped to face buttons, and the traversal didn't really do it for me.

I would have loved Infamous with Prototypes traversal, even if it would have made no sense.
