Well, anyways, better not derail this thread.

Most of my friends are kind of casual. My one friend plays Halo 2 with friends once upon a time, and then my other friend who plays games plays the hardcore games at a casual rate. If that makes sense. :P

The rest of my friends are too much into drinking and doing drugs...I know I know, it's a sad life.

My new boss at my workplace is a hardcore Hermit though! :D I love having debates with him about how consoles have their places too.

They use to be back when Socom was popular. They also played lots of Madden. But now a days, not so much.

I live in Sothern Ill, theres honestly not alot to do here. I think I have 6 people on my XBL friends list that I know in real life, but everyone I know games by some form or another.

Most are still hanging on to PS2 until a price drop on 360. Most are pretty casual (meaning they don't read, don't know what E3 is etc).

But the 6 and I, yeah a nerdy bunch indeed LOL, we have Guitar Hero 2 get togethers (gotta earn those coop achievements :) )etc.

By the same token, some of my favorite people to hang out with are people I met on XBL. Sad as it may be, some of the people I talk to the most (mostly because I'm a night owl) are people who live no where near me :).

I refuse to be friends with anyone that is not a gamer. With that being said, Yes, my friends are gamers too.
