I will wait and see the lineup and such, but yes it is exciting :). My gosh, I want the 3DS, Vita, and this most likely. Not to mention the overload of games coming. Son of a gun I am gonna be broke.
[QUOTE="93BlackHawk93"]People think that's pre-rendered. :lol:millerlight89Pretty sad that they think that's prerendered.
That's pretty unbeileveable that it's not Pre-Rendered.
But it's a Tech Demo so eh.

Not really. I mean don't get me wrong, it looks great, but not really prerendered quality. As you said though, it's a tech demo, so not really anything absolutely amazing. If that is what the Zelda game actually looks like in gameplay, then it will truly be AMAZING!Pretty sad that they think that's prerendered.[QUOTE="millerlight89"][QUOTE="93BlackHawk93"]People think that's pre-rendered. :lol:LegatoSkyheart

It's a tech demo, but it was an interactive tech demo, not like that fake CG Killzone 2 tech demo years back.[QUOTE="LegatoSkyheart"][QUOTE="millerlight89"] Pretty sad that they think that's prerendered. biggotorium

This was on the show floor where people could use the controller to pan and zoom to any point, and change the lighting. It may as well have been gameplay.Since TC can't use BB Codes.....and yes, I'm interested in this console as well. Lack of GC support hurts though.funsohng
Is that real gameplay?? I think not. Wii U didn't show any games at all :?

i remember that...wow
[QUOTE="dream431ca"]real-time render, but not real-time gameplay.Actually it was real time gameplay. Extremely linnear but gameplay with no control over the character but a fully adjustable camera and lighting.Is that real gameplay.

that's probably the greatest thing i have ever seen :shock:

If you look at the other Zelda demo's for Nintendo consoles in the past, the end games ended up even better looking.[QUOTE="biggotorium"][QUOTE="millerlight89"] Not really. Yeah same here. I am a PC gamer first and foremost, and prefer PS3 over Wii, but I have always been a Nintendo fan and own all their consoles.
I really hope its good. All of the potineal it as, I beg Nintendo make a F-Zero for Wii U it would be awesome.

Cel-shading is just another form of rendering but still widely uses the same technology as realistic looking games. Better technology will increase the quality of all games, even cel shading ones. Now please stop talking about Wind Waker in graphics threads saying how it will never become outdated and 'stand the tests of time'. >_ EDIT: Wow, what typos. No wonder most people just ignore me. :P

Not in THIS thread, but in graphics threads debating different kinds of graphics a legion of Sheep come out and talk about Wind Waker saying that its beauty is immortal. Ugg...
[QUOTE="millerlight89"][QUOTE="Nerkcon"] Now please stop talking about Wind Waker in graphics threads saying how it will never become outdated and 'stand the tests of time'.NerkconNo thanks, I will continue to say that ;) Why? :( Well I mean it still looks fantastic to me. I agree that cell shaded games will continue to improve, like realistic looking games. However, take a look at a game with more realistic graphics from that gen and look at the games with more cartoon graphics. I would have to say the cartoon looking games, such as windwaker, have aged 100% better that those others. I'm not even a big fan of Ninty anymore, nor of the Zelda series, but I got to give credit where credit is due.
