As a ps3 owner when i look at the xbox 360 AAA's.......meh not impressed.

Rainbow 6 vegas.......I am currently playing it on my ps3.

Oblivion......I already played it on my ps3.

GRAW........I wont be missing this at all since i will be getting GRAW 2 on my ps3.

Forza 2........I will be getting GT5 and honestly speaking i wont be missing forza 2.

So that just leaves gears which is the one thing separating the ps3 and 360.Ps3 also need a killer exclusive like gears and then both the consoles will be on par with AAA games.

It still has more titles, Forza 2 is nothing to yawn at, has PGR to back it up....Lost Planet, Far Cry, Gears of War, DiRT, etc.

Honestly, I agree that Rainbow Six, GRAW, PDZ, and Oblivion aren't all that exciting but at the same time the Xbox 360 has enough BA titles coming out to justify its existence and any of the deficiencies of its existing lineup, which, honestly, is not even deficient compared to the other consoles.

Plus it's got Command and Conquer, Splinter Cell, Darkness, etc.

Sorry, why is GT5 automatically better than PGR? The last GT was a disappointment, and was out-scored by Forza which was ultimately the better game. GT has been stuck in the past for a while now, and is currently playing catch up. Games dont automatically become better just because they're on the Playstation pal.

hmmm PS3 well I guess Forza gets replaced by Gran Turismo 5. Blue Dragon is replaced by Final Fantasy Xlll. Gears of war and Mass Effect is replaced by another third person shooter called Metal Gear Solid 4 AND Ratchet & Clank Tools of Destruction for PS3 . And Kill Zone 2 although I'm not sure how good it'll be will be the PS3's version of Halo3. Besides all those good games that are coming out for PS3. There's also Lair, Heavenly Sword,Socom Confrontation. You notice how all these PS3 exclusives counter 360 exclusives in a way?

Why are you making fun os PS3 for getting 360 ports? If PS3 was released at the same time as 360 oblivion most likely would of came out for 360 and PS3 at the same time, same goes for Rainbow 6 Vegas.

The issue here is that Gamespot, for one thing, uses component cables for both the PS3 and the Xbox 360, which does nothing but hobble the two of them. Eurogamer uses VGA for Xbox 360 and HDMI for PS3 for the greatest fidelity on either console. Plus, they don't take minor little upgrades or downgrades or visual discrepencies as pure indicators of technical superiority, they consider context and the possibility of a cleaner digital signal or mistake first and foremost before they make any assumptions.

Additionally, on Eurogamer, you can see for yourself whether they are spouting BS because they provide the images displayed next to eachother in their NATIVE RESOLUTION. Little scaled down pictures with braindead commentary FTL. As far as I'm concerned, the Gamespot comparisons are simply nervous little bugged up picture comparisons with no substance to them. If you want to REALLY compare which game looks better, you're going to have to use native resolution images, and, on Gamespot, you're simply not gonna get it.

Plus, component. Yech. Talk about killing the image quality.

If you want to argue with the Virtua Tennis pictures on Eurogamer, go ahead and try, but the little issues Gamespot brings up disappear right quickly on Eurogamer. Therefore, I cry foul. It's simply obvious which one is the better game in most of those cases.
