He is trying to steal from the guy, hurts himself, gets caught and is reward with a large cheque. Yea that's some justice there.

The us courts seriously need to look beyond the law with some of these retarded cases.

Because these type of cases only happen in the US because your laws/courts allow it. Hence my example of it but I will edit that to take out the stereotyping.
