oh WOW I forgot about that. It was actually pretty nice tho, no one saw it coming, and the part when they were cornered and were running out of amo was pretty epic, and then they got merried at the end of the game, that part was nice too. Damn, now I feel like playing MGS4 just to play that part

To be fair, has ANY generation had romance outside of RPGs? Most games outside of RPGs don't focus on narrative, and the few that do don't usually lend themselves to romantic involvements.

No, ME did'nt do particularly well either unless you think "be nice to her and she'll sleep with you" is good. Actually, that IS good from a certain pov. Not entirely unrealstic either.
