That's right folks, Ubisoft is back with another world class masterpiece.

The Last of US scored an 8/10, and back when Gamespot was still using the .5 scale no less.

Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag got a 9.0/10.0, which places it as one of the highest scoring open world games of all time, and it did so on the much harsher 10 point scale.

I think you know what I mean.

The garbage U version didn't even get reviewed. Only the PS360 and PS4 version did..roofles ACIV game of the year.. Definitive versions at least (PS4+PEE-C)

I don't know, I made an observation in the OP. You first responded with bringing the Wii U up into the discussion, where it has no bearing on the topic whatsoever.

I then proceeded to point out that the Wii U exclusives also score the same as The Last of Us. You then proceeded to bring up sales.

So I proceeded to demonstrate the fallacy of that argument by showing you Wii Sports sold 90 million worldwide, which is more than the system TLOU is on has sold cumulatively. You then proceeded to an ad hominem attack.

Seems a tad high, but then again, I despise the AssCreed franchise in general. How anybody can tolerate its horrendously bad platforming and controls is beyond me. One of the most overrated franchises ever--on par with Halo.

8. Finally, in your last post, you compared the sales of games on a system that has sold 3 million worldwide with a game on a system that has sold 24 times as much. Good going.

McShea is not harsh. His scoring is always eccentric. Generally the less gameplay a game has, the higher the score.

You are loling at the entire Gamespot, so go somewhere else then.

GS review is the only score that's to be used on System Wars, and directly indicates whether a flop or not (compared to its hype level). Metacritic and Gameranking are meaningless here.

I picked up The Last of Us this past weekend and I'm enjoying it quite a bit. I gotta laugh at how some cows were calling it a graphical masterpiece though.

Excellent acting though. I wish ND would get away from the stupid ass bullet sponge enemy shit though. It's really annoying.

Actually, you incorrectly assumed that my "barometer" (generally speaking) was sales, when I was pointing out to you that no matter what the score, it doesn't matter if people don't actually play the game. But I guess you're going to keep on no matter what, so I'll leave it at that.

That's nice. Beyond 2 souls was a good game too. I like the assassin creed Series. I have played them all. Sucks that there hasn't been a Microsoft exclusive available for some time ;)

I'll wait to actually play the game before deciding if it's better than another thanks. I like reading reviews but I'd never allow them to shape my own opinion on whether a game is good or not. However If it want's to beat TLOU in my eyes it'll have to be something pretty special.
