Assassins Creed a buy or a rent?

hey guys, i m already very low on my money since im waiting for Mass Effect, so would you suggest to buy Assasins Creed or just rent it?

It's decently lengthy (15-20 hours) with plenty to do, but it's also repetitive and supposedly has no replay value.

Rent it.

epic rent, the missions are very repetitive after awhile. sites beside GS totally ripped on the AI.

at least when you rent you can still decide to buy. check gamerankings.

Its a really really good game, but I dont see it offering a whole lot of replay value.

Buy. The game is awesome. Along with CoD4, I can't stop playing it.

gamefly it, and if you like it keep it for 20 buck less then retail.

buy it, the replay would be just as fun as playing it through once.

Never gets old running up behind a guard and stabing them in the back.

They most certainly do exist. It is more a case that the good aspects of AC more than make up for them.

can be that long if you collect every flag, do side missions etc.....ive completed the main game, most side missions (only 1 city left) and collected couple of flags.....in about 10-15 hours.....collecting flags is actually fun in this game

They certainly are. I've found all in the first City and 60 of the King Richard ones, though there are one of them I can't seem to get. It's on top of a pillar, that the jump from the highest spot won't let me reach :? I'll figure it out.

wow you found alot and you only played for few hours......thats more then the flags ive got in whole game combined, ive only got like 7 flags in Masyaf and about 10-20 flags in other cities
