Took them long enough.

Previously they were still holding out for a release, but given the WiiU's poor hardware and the Poor Console Port on Next Gen consoles things were looking quite grim and they even said they were hoping for a new hardware announcement at E3.

Thankfully they came to their senses and realized they couldn't deliver and just canceled the project.

Here's to Next Gen Sheeps. :/

Agree, cant wait to laugh at their next crowdfunder. This company cant keep promises. It started out as a PC/Wii U thing to help fill a void of missing racing games, but after they got all that money they were quick to turn their backs. Was nice knowing them though.

Yeah it sucks, maybe if they released on Wii U Nintendo fans could have helped them get to 1 million sales. O well, on to more important matters, like who will finally put a stop to Luigi?

@mesome713: Nintendo fans wont be helping any third party any time soon with sales. Thats probably one of the real reasons they aren't going to make the effort to scale it down.

True, maybe they can hit that 1 million by giving a major price cut, i think $10 on Steam would help them get there.

Let's be honest the Wii U console itself should have been cancelled. Whoever designed that console needs to get fired.

It's been nearly 3 years and the system has more than enough Games to justify it's existence. It's staying till NX.

Almost 3 yrs on the market and the thing just managed to sell 10 million units. Plagued with game droughts and is basically a barren waste land of third party support.

Nintendo's worst console since the Virtual Boy without question.

While I won't be as harsh, the first impression I received was not good and did absolutely nothing to warrant me continue playing. Many people seem to enjoy it though.

I'd of been more surprised if they actually released it.

Was waiting for Wii U version, but after they said that it'd be running at 27fps at best, that's pretty shit...so not surprise they cancelled it, its the right call.

Finally, I've been waiting for this announcement. Bummer about the Wii U's specs...

I figured the delay was BS.

So much for the "Tablet Horn" exclusive feature.

This is just another perfect example why Nintendo needs to stop releasing underpowered hardware compared to its competitors.

Yea can only hope that Nintendo take note of how many games didn't make it to their system due to weakest hardware & different architecture. IF they want 3rd party support for NX, hope they take note. :P

Too bad they are ready to start another crowd funding campaign for a sequel already. They should fund it themselves but before that, they should've supported their current game for few years.

I always suspected they'd have trouble making the game look acceptable on Wii U.
